Biggest factor that determines if an agency will get to £1m+ / year …



I’ve worked with over 100 agencies closely and seen some of them scale from £0 to £1m/year.

And all of those that managed it had one thing in common…

The Founder can consistently find and sell to clients.

They can generate new business out of thin air.

Doesn’t mean is the Founder a relentlessly pushy, closer sales person…

It means the Founder is smart enough to spot and convert opportunities regularly.

Once you get past £1m AR there’s a whole new skillset required.
