• Developed and supervised content strategies for more than 15 social media accounts on different platforms, such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Planning and guiding creative processes with copywriters, audiovisual producers, editors, graphic designers, and motion graphic designers.
• Directed a communication strategy to implement and spread the company's new mission: “transforming money into something more valuable”, serving as a unifying purpose for nine business units and the new corporate slogan.
• Led internal communication strategies to inspire, involve and inform more than 1,000 employees, through different communication channels such as screens, events and social media platforms designed for organisations.
• Communication strategies to support the commercial B2B objectives for new investments, alliances, or negotiations with clients. Coordinating the production of videos, presentations, and deliverables for direct communication.

Autobuses Estrella Blanca 

• Conceptualised and updated eight bus transportation brands by defining new brand values and key messages. In some routes, income grew more than 30% compared to previous years.
• Established online and traditional communication strategies for 16 bus transportation brands based on regional identities.
• Supervised an updating campaign of more than 20 ticket offices (POP) and 200 buses.
• Defined and evaluated content strategies to increase the reach and engagement of social media accounts.
• Updated information on owned media channels such as screens aboard buses or video-walls in around 50 ticket offices.
• Renovated corporate's slogan: "Uniting Mexico, becoming a strong organisational guideline for 8,000 employees.
• Planned, drafted, and edited the company’s internal magazine for bus drivers, ticket sellers and administrative employees distributed in 24 states of Mexico.
• Managed a team of seven people, including graphic designers, community managers and copywriters.

Marketing and Innovation Manager

• Presented new business models to the Board of Directors, including cargo and personnel transportation companies.
• Led a team of three people, a financier, an administrator, and a communicator.
• Served as internal consultancy for the five strategic business units: passenger transportation, parcels, estate, merchandising and digital.
• Strategised a new organisational structure in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

Business Development Manager

• Responsible for managing the brand's good reputation, external communications and customer satisfaction of Chihuahuenses - the company's largest brand of the group in Northern Mexico.
•  Lead the coordination of service campaigns and programmes such as punctuality measurement and safety parameters, in order to encourage staff to improve customer experience.
• Responsible for coordinating communication and marketing campaigns, leading alliances with the media, and coordinating the website and social networks of the brand.
• In charge of improving the overall customer experience from the purchasing of the ticket to the customer's final destination. In charge of coordinating all service suppliers related to customer's experience, including on-board internet, entertainment and audio systems.

• Co-founder. The company's main project was a tailor-made magazine for Estrella Blanca Group, seeking to amplify its values and stretch the links with its clients.
• In charge of planning and implementing a business model based on branded content communication.
•  In charge of offering editorial services to potential clients, as well as making commercial strategies.
• Coordinating a sales team. Developing a commission scheme to achieve commercial objectives.
• Lead the coordination of distribution and logistics of the delivery of the magazines.

I am Juan Manuel Fournier, but most people know me as Manolo.

I have developed different projects, which often are driven by a mission. 

This approach has served as a guide for me when developing rebrands, fostering organisational changes, launching marketing campaigns and motivating teams. 

Among the professional achievements that make me feel more proud of are the following:
Rebranding of Futura, a prominent brand in the bus transportation industry, which was generated by addressing a grand challenge in Mexico: social division. 

With this, I led the rebranding and an important organisational change, through the motto "Uniting Mexico." For this, I led several projects, engaging 8,000 employees and spearheading comprehensive overhauls of the fleet, terminals, and marketing strategies were we had notable achievements.

At Broxel, a rapidly expanding fintech company, I connected the internal and external communication content strategy. During this period, I managed diverse stakeholders, planning and executing relevant information across the organisation and to our clients.

Then, as Creative Storyteller in Creamos, I was the primary point of contact for various clients, including ESO National Grid, conceptualising an educational video game that is displayed in events and the ESO website. 

I currently collaborate as producer and editor for the Life of PIE podcast—an initiative by the Institute for Global Prosperity at UCL. This podcast aims to foster captivating discussions on systemic and structural changes necessary to address the profound social and environmental challenges facing humanity.

Today, my main focus is Authority Agency, in which my role as Senior Strategist is to help marketing and creative agencies as well as their leaders to positioning themselves in a different, attractive and relevant way for their customers. This implies creating different strategies across multiple channels, such as LinkedIn, Podcast, White Papers or Outreach messaging.

Beyond my professional endeavours, under my artist name Juan Bokeh, I have created three studio albums: "Living in a Bubble," "Circular," and "Leaf," all of which are available on Spotify and Apple Music.
