Fitness and Food are my passions in life!

But they haven't always been! My whole childhood until my early 20s I was overweight, had a poor relationship with food and I HATED sports. I met some amazing people by coincidence that totally changed my life (this will be a story for another day!) and that's how my fascination for the human body and all its reactions toward food and exercise started.

Here are some of my proud moments:

• my own weight loss of 60lbs
• getting my personal trainer, group classes and nutrition certifications
• working for over 10 years in various gyms to help over 500 people lose their extra weight
• starting my own coaching business at 25 years old
• sharing my passion so intensely that one of my clients quit her full time job and went back to University to become a kinesiologist
• walking on stage for my 1st fitness competition at 33 years old

My greatest strength is helping others find the right approach and strategies to lose the extra weight for good without any strict diets. I create custom and realistic workout plans that can be easily include into  the busy schedules of my clients. Learning and building healthier eating habits, while still enjoying their favorite food and/or drink, is also part of the overhaul process.

My constant presence and support throughout all of the different phases, helps to remove any guesswork or stress and makes it impossible to fall off the wagon.
