We've built a mobile-first, end-to-end platform that streamlines everything from lead generation and booking to re-engagement and customer retention, all inside WhatsApp and Instagram DMs.

Jira is becoming the fax machine of software development.

We just shipped a small feature that makes a big difference. We taught Coworker how to handle backend errors.

In complex B2B SaaS products, dead ends are everywhere:
- Unsupported formats
- Broken integrations
- Invalid enums
- Unexpected data from third-party APIs

Now, when Coworker hits a backend error, it:
1. Tries to automatically fix the issue
2. If it can’t, clearly explains what’s wrong

LiveXP

LiveXP is an online language learning platform. It connects language learners with tutors for one-on-one lessons in various languages. The platform offers scheduling, payment processing, interactive classroom and a number of learning tools for students&tutors both in web and mobile.

— Managed 3 product development teams: Web, iOS, Android platforms (4 direct reports, 18 people on XFN teams) to build the omnichannel product experience
— Led continuous growth experimentation combining User Research and split-testing, gaining +15% CR 
— Created Generative AI dept. to enable company provide students with interactive learning content tailored to theirs needs and language proficiency
— Led product transformation to the new monetization (subscriptions) scheme
— Significantly improved core product part (Lesson booking & scheduling), gaining x2 gain in the self-serviced cases share

Skyeng

Skyeng is a European EdTech company. As a Lead Product Manager I empowered Skyeng product teams to launch new education products and subjects in a fast, convenient and cost-effective manner, working on the complex cross-section of the company's Business, Development, and User Experience needs.

As a Lead Product Manager I am responsible for managing 4 core parts of Skyeng's LMS: Virtual Classroom (Vimbox), Student's Personal Account, CMS, In-lesson Video&Audio Communication.

Highlights: 

— Supported 4 product development teams (4 direct reports, 35 people on XFN teams) for Skyeng's key product — Learning Management System;
— Turned Learning Management System the into scalable platform allowing company launch a new courses 10X faster: 5–6 days vs 1–2 months;
— Partnered with key stakeholders make the platform customizable, enabling individual products to launch with minimal infra costs; Reduced infra engineering time per launch by 2X; Reduced time-to-market for an average launch by 2X;
— Designed and implemented a company-wide internationalization & localization solutions; enabled company to launch it's education products in 24 countries;
— Implemented HADI product development process; Enabled measurable goals and progress tracking across the team's initiatives.

Lead Product Manager @ Eduсation Platform

Exbico Group

Finspin is startup building a B2C credit broker platform connecting lenders and borrowers.

— Launched Finspin product from scratch. 1.3M total registered users, ~100K monthly active users; ~5000 loan applications per day;
— Lead go-to-market and product launch activities in Spain: Performed competitor research, negotiated with prospective  clients and vendors established local relationships. Designed client service flow.
— Led “API First” approach for the international version of our software; Enabled company to integrate it's product into credit companies systems X3 times faster;
— Implemented company-wide end-to-end analytics with MS PowerBI; Enabled company to track product performance from acquiring a user with ads to loan issued;

Mycreditinfo pioneered the market of online credit reporting service, providing clients with credit reports from 3 major Russian credit bureaus

Lab Wonderfull

During this project I was a part of Research & Design team to develop new digital strategy & UX principles for Tele2 Russia company.

Responsibilities: ​User Research, Desk Research, User Experience Design, Prototyping

Highlights:

— Conducted and analysed 50+ user interviews;
— Designed and prototyped 100+ user scenarios and screen flows for both web- and mobile- products;
— Designed information and navigation structure for both promo- and client- website area now implemented on Tele2.ru website;
— As the result of implementing the digital strategy we developed, Tele2 was able to get 200% growth of their client self-service website usage and 30% retention growth of  the promo-website
