This month we are celebrating 10 years since bringing on our 1st customer. More on that story later…

10 years ago we brought on our 1st customer, hired our first team member, built out our first team.

Before that, I led our Americas team for a company in the Emerging tech and Enablement space. 

20 years ago I moved into my first enterprise sales role.

Before that, I was an enterprise customer success guy before “success” was a thing.

30 years ago I made sure your packages got on to airplanes on-time in Phoenix.

Before that I went to high school in  So Cal.

40 years ago, I lived on Long Island.

Unfortunately I’m still a Jets and Isles Fan.

I found a new community. And, It's the one I need.

Here's my not so quick recap of key takeaways from #MOPza - the Marketing Ops Community conference in Anaheim this week.

1️⃣  Communities are Thriving - and this requires investment.
2️⃣  Communication is something we are all struggling with. (Up, down, across, internal, external - all of the things)
3️⃣  Alignment reduces friction, and accelerates speed to impact. (people, process, tools - all the things)
