It’s easier said than done. I believe Self-regulation skills are the key to thriving in your career and living a fulfilling life.

In my day job, I’m a product marketing leader. I’ve been working in tech for 8 years now.

I have been in the trenches battling with burnout, and anxiety. I don’t think anyone is 100% immune to this.

But, I’ve also been a founding PMM, Go-to-Market leader and PMM consultant for 5 tech startups now. I love bringing great products to the market and helping companies to scale them.

I’ve been able to do this because over the years, I’ve spent 1000+ hours studying, training and practicing powerful techniques for self-regulation.

Now, I’m teaching other health-conscious tech professionals to do the same so they can unlock their career potential without losing their sanity.
