So, my dear social media manager, here are a 4 ways you can start cultivating in-house creators:

1) Identify the most passionate employees in your company.
2) Take them out for a coffee and talk to them about what they are passionate about.
3) After the conversation, ask if you can write a LinkedIn post about their passion - and if they like it, they can publish it on their profile.
4) If they agree to publish it and start seeing results, repeat the process. But this time, don’t just give them “the fish” - teach them how to catch the fish.

That's why my personal marketing trend for 2026:
Don’t just focus on creating content.
