delivering FaithTech’s programs across Africa. I ensure that FaithTech’s methodology,
spiritual foundations, and redemptive impact are upheld, while adapting to local culture and
context.

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop annual / multi-year plans for program expansion, community growth,
resource allocation.
2. Program Delivery

Oversee FaithTech Create projects across Africa: from idea incubation
through development (4D cycle), launch, and evaluation.

Ensure that programs are high-quality, mission-aligned, sustainable, and
scalable.

Monitor impact: metrics, feedback, learning.
3. Community Leadership & Capacity Building
