In my spare time I re-read the 27 chapters of "Neuroeconomics, Decision Science & The Brain" by NYU star professor Paul Glimcher, in the hope of bringing its findings to the science of Sales & Marketing.

Last week reminded me why in-person time still matters.
We had the whole SynTwin team in Munich, including new joiners who flew in / stopped by, for two days of workshops in our office. 

A lot of deep work, a lot of (Miro, yes I am still a fan and no, not ready for the Enterprise plan) whiteboards, and the good kind of debates.

Most important output: our first OKR set, spanning Product, GTM, and Finance.

What that means in practice:
fewer parallel tracks
clearer ownership
faster decisions
a shared definition of “done”

We ended with dinner together, and honestly, that’s when you really feel the team click.

Grateful for the energy and the level of ownership in this group.
