During this Professional Fellowship I conducted a comparative study of digital television switchover programs globally, but with greater emphasis on the United Kingdom's experience with an eye towards contributing to the same transition in Jamaica. The study combined intensive desk research as well as interviews with key stakeholders in the Caribbean and in the UK such as the BBC and the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association.
