COFYZ

COFYZ is a chain of coffee shops located in Latvia that utilizes a mobile app for ordering. I was involved in the project from its inception, but temporarily stepped away to focus on my other startup before returning. During my tenure with COFYZ, I oversaw various marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, user support, and increasing brand recognition for the coffee shops within the city, without relying on paid advertising.

We launched the project with the goal of testing two hypotheses: first, that children have the ability to teach other children, and second, that they are motivated to earn money by sharing their knowledge and skills. 
- Assembled a group of 20 children from different countries willing to share their knowledge (drawing, programming, history, cooking, etc.).
- Developed a no-code platform to book lessons (Tilda+Zapier+Zoom+Google Sheets+PayPal).
- Had over 50 paid lessons.
However, due to ethical concerns and the inability to sustain it as a viable business model, we have made the decision to discontinue the project rather than continuing it as a charity.

COFYZ provides a modern way of ordering food and drinks - order ahead online, and pick them up at the cafe without wasting time in a queue. COFYZ is a technology-based solution designed for cafes and restaurants. It offers a software application that automates sales and facilitates operating processes as well as collects various data, enabling businesses to make informed decisions.

- Identifying growth opportunities for Sendforsign—whether it's finding new clients, forming partnerships, or securing investments, I actively search the market for avenues that can fuel our expansion.

- Capitalizing on opportunities—not only is it crucial to uncover opportunities, but it's also essential to approach them correctly and foster mutual interest.

- Cultivating a corporate culture—although our team is relatively small, I believe the foundation of our culture is being established now. This includes how we communicate internally, the values we uphold, the objectives we aim for, and the conditions under which we work. I am committed to ensuring our environment is supportive and free from toxicity.

- Developing the brand—this is a complex task, as the brand is vital for both clients and employees. Managing Sendforsign's online presence is a significant part of this role.
