From Seed to Flower 

From Seed to Flower was created for creating unique and authentic workshop experiences for Wellness through a Holistic lens.
 We tailor write and create experiences according to a business brief or a public space we are invited to facilitate. 
Our key areas of interest are Nature walks, Breath, Movement, The Arts, Food, Cooking, and the expressions of individuals, during the time we are together. 
The creativity of expressions in communication of experiences in nature and our senses, through words, sketches, music, taste, is being part of an Artist's palette.
Each word with the tone or rhythm of a sentence can become a shade and colour. You are painting a picture through a paragraph, verse, movement and breath.
We create a safe space for these experiences to breath, reflect and release.
We can hear the words inside our mind; however, we don’t always have the right tonal encouragement or have the tools to hand or create the space.
My aim is to create and hold this space until you flow...and connect…
These workshops take place face to face or digitally, depending on the global locations and events.

• Created and introduced a “LMS Library Migration” project on a platform called MS SharePoint. For real-time management to collaborate across the grades, on the latest project. 
• Designed and wrote a new training program for new recruits. Created a measurement tool for feedback, to strengthen everyone’s understanding of the task 
• Applying the new training with new recruits. Also applied practice to a STAR format, which the Civil Service use for applications & interviews
• Post Training, collaboration with Course Directors to give new staff experience of shadowing the digital training course on the Teams Platforms.

•	Responsibilities include managing four aircraft flight logs for Third Party Clients, gaining experience of reading tech log records towards understanding and investigating to accurate recording into Oracle
•	Responsible for recording correct serial numbers component changes, maintenance defects, trace certification paperwork of EASA Form One and FAA 8130 with Tags, tracked replacement parts to birth and scheduled tasks Parts 3 to 10

Passionate, passionate, passionate about raw food and cooking, whatever the available budget. Added to this in 2024 is the creativity of art and writing, from Poetry to Prose. 

My aim is to get as many people as possible excited and engaged with the food on their plate, through to the art and writing they feel connected and engaged to. 

I'm inspired by the creativity of the simplicity of being present and in the flow of the moment...what comes out is the treasured gift of a moment in your life. 

Together From Seed to Flower and Mrs B's Kitchen is looking at mentoring and teaching achievable, small win, and to engage in consistency in the food choices we make and indulging in the creativity flow of fun and letting go. 

From my own journey of food and nutrition over the last 12 years, I am a product of my belief.
I have experience of how every day, simple foods, can really work for creating a better version of you. 

It matters. It matters a great deal more post Covid. Taking to writing Poetry during days of isolation and lock down to the present day, the lived journey has created key principles for engaging. Sharing through development and delivering personalised workshops is a joy. 

My past is gained from learning on the job, working in call centre environments, receptionist to management. My experience of training others is combined from over 25 years plus, in sectors from Airline, Corporate Aviation, Non-profit and Public Services in the UK. 

I can demonstrate a history of working in the professional training & coaching areas. 

Skills and experiences in IT packages of MS, Digital marketing, Sales, Engineering, Management, and Social media. 

A BA Hons Public Policy & Management degree. Focused learning in International, European, National & Local Policy Making, Law Pathway from University Of Bedfordshire.
