*Plant Tissue Culture based on Internship Experience in CV Esha Flora, current experience:

- Arranged plantlets in incubation lab based on plant names with 10 other college student interns.
The incubation lab contains 4000- 5000 bottles of plantlets.

- Initiated Janda Bolong, Parika, Avicienna and Rhizophora with average successful rate of 32.25%, first successful initiation was Parika on 3/10/2022

- Initiated Green Longan 4 times with average successful rate of 18.15%, the first was initiated on 16/11/2022

- Subcultured Macodes, Kanayo, Anubias, Green Moss, Anubias, Cattleya Mahina, White Knight, Didiphilis and Paragon with average successful rate of 73.23%. While Macodes -Catlleya Mahina was subcultured 3-4 months ago, the other plants is around 1 month old.

- Acclimatized 11 bottles of Parika plantlets and 26 bottles of Aglaonema plantlets.

* Pretreatment of Lignocellulose for Bioethanol or Biomaterial as in my thesis project supervised by
  Prof. Dr. Dra. Anja Meryandini, MS and Prof. Dr. Ir. Titi Candra, Msi "Pretreatment Effect on Sugarcane Bagasse Degradation by Streptomyces sp. S2".

- Involving the use of Aseptic Techniques for rejuvenate Streptomyces sp S2 into ISP4 medium with rate of contamination under 50% after 14 days, use of UV/Visual Spectrophotometer for crude enzyme activity by measure Optical Density at 560 nm



*Python Programming, my current skill including create local desktop program involving Graphical User Interface (GUI), saving in Comma Separated Value (CSV) or JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) using PyCharm Python IDE.
