We are seeking a #Regional Administration Manager to lead the Office Services and Assistants functions across Southeast Asia. This is a #senior non‑consulting role based in one of McKinsey’s six SEA offices: Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hanoi, or Manila.

The role oversees 70+ team members across the region and is responsible for delivering day‑to‑day #internal operational and administrative activities, as well as leading regional initiatives. As an administrative #manager, you will ensure the effective functioning and appearance of offices while providing high‑quality administrative, organizational, and logistical support to client service teams. 

This is an all‑rounder role in a fast‑paced environment that requires strong prioritization and multitasking skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. You will also bring strong influencing and negotiation capabilities. Native or near‑native fluency in #English and one Southeast Asian language is required.

Candidates should have 5+ years of senior management or leadership experience, ideally in a professional or shared services environment, with a strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills. Proven experience leading #remote teams across multiple locations in SE Asia, including overseeing people leaders, is essential, as is the ability to build peer‑level relationships with senior leadership.
