A sustainable, minimalist and urban brand, Nora’s Needle creates clothing that are elegant and at the same time eco-friendly. Using a variety of channels, Nora’s Needle advocates and raises awareness via its #whomademyclothes campaign on the environmental impact of fast fashion and why consumers should be interested in the global discussion using #whomademyclothes.

GrowIT targets 20,000 smallholder farmers in Adamawa and Gombe State and is funded by the Feed the Future Nigeria Rural Resilience Activity implemented by a consortium led by Mercy Corps, alongside Save the Children and IFDC as implementing partners. I was primarily responsible for leading communications and strategically positioning the GrowIT brand. To that end, I :

One hot afternoon in May 2005, Nora walked into her friend Lucy's mother's empty restaurant. There, she found the woman in excruciating pain, sobbing as she rubbed some balm on her sore knees. It was clear her line of work exacerbated her arthritis.

Curious, Nora asked why she stuck with a job that worsened her health.

Bono (Paul David Hewson) was born on May 10 1960 in Dublin, Ireland. He is an Irish singer-songwriter and activist and is a founding member, the lead vocalist, and primary lyricist of the rock band U2. Bono has received numerous honors for his philanthropic efforts, including being named one of the Time Persons of the Year in 2005, being granted an honorary knighthood by Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom in 2007, being made a Commandeur of the French Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Order of Arts and Letters) in 2013, and receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom in the United States in 2025. 

Outside the band, he has recorded with numerous artists and has collaborated with U2 bandmate the Edge on several projects, including: songs for Roy Orbison, Tina Turner, and Martin Garrix; and the soundtracks to the musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark and a London stage adaptation of A Clockwork Orange.

Francis Ford Coppola was born on April 7, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan and is considered one of the leading figures of the New Hollywood era as well as one of the pioneers of the gangster film genre.
 
Coppola is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential filmmakers in the history of cinema and is the recipient of five Academy Awards, a BAFTA Award, three Golden Globe Awards, and two Palmes d'Or, in addition to nominations for two Emmy Awards and a Grammy Award. He was honored with the Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award in 2010, the Kennedy Center Honors in 2024, and the AFI Life Achievement Award in 2025. 

Coppola started his career directing The Rain People and co-writing Patton, the latter of which earned him and Edmund H. North the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. Coppola's reputation as a filmmaker was cemented with the release of The Godfather and The Godfather Part II which both earned Academy Awards for Best Picture, and the latter earned him Best Director. The films revolutionized the gangster genre. Coppola also released the thriller The Conversation, which received the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival.

His epic film Apocalypse Now, also won the Palme d'Or, making Coppola one of only ten filmmakers to have won the award twice. He later directed films such as The Outsiders and Rumble Fish, The Cotton Club, Peggy Sue Got Married, The Godfather Part III, Bram Stoker's Dracula, and The Rainmaker. He also produced American Graffiti, The Black Stallion, and The Secret Garden. 


Francis Ford Coppola has supported several charities, including North Beach Citizens, a San Francisco-based organization he founded to help the homeless, and The Film Foundation, which focuses on film preservation. His family's business, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, has also partnered with non-profits like No Kid Hungry to address childhood hunger, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
