I’m Coviness Mwengwe, a Mental Health Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Systems Architect based in Zambia, working across Africa and beyond.
Over the past few years, I’ve helped 3,000+ individuals and 40+ teams build trauma-sensitive, emotionally safe, and healing-centered ecosystems in their schools, communities, and institutions.

I don’t just run programs. I redesign how people live, work, and lead especially in environments where burnout, silence, and emotional suppression have been normalized.

God confirmed it with one DM. 😭🎉🎉🥵🤣🤣

A day ago I did something terrifying.

I stopped being everything to everyone.

And I publicly became exactly who God built me to be.

A woman who takes emotionally wounded, high-potential young adults (18 - 30) and turns them into blueprints others follow.

I was afraid.

Not of failure.
Of being too specific.
Of the algorithm punishing a rebrand.
Of people saying that's too niche, Coviness.

I posted anyway.

Then Nelvis Mbayi messaged me.

"I was once a child feeling stuck never knowing what life had in store. Seeing your willingness to help young adults like me brings me joy."

One post.
One confirmation.

That's all God needed to send.

Because here's the truth nobody talks about:

The most dangerous place a young adult can be is functioning.

Showing up. Performing. Delivering.

While inside 
the identity is fractured.
the trauma is unaddressed.
the real self is buried under survival.

That's not thriving.
That's a blueprint waiting to be built.

And that is my assignment.

Not a niche.
Not a rebrand.

A calling God held back until my 30s 
because He needed me to have the proof first. 😭🔥

And it's quiet.

Too quiet.

No one's clapping.
Family doesn't see it.
Friends don't get it.
The workplace takes but doesn't give back.

And you show up anyway.
Every. Single. Day.

But inside?
