Everyone thinks AI sucks at coming up with ideas. It's repetitive. It's surface-level. It's generic. But here's the truth:

AI isn't worse at idea generation - it's often better.

Not because it's smarter.

But because it doesn't have your bias.

Here's how to use ChatGPT to systematically generate offers that are high-margin, recurring, scalable, and capable of hitting $1M+/year - using only your LinkedIn profile as input:

1) Paste Your LinkedIn Profile

"Based only on this profile, give me 10 high-margin, scalable offer types I could sell. Do NOT include industries. For each, explain why it fits my background."

This prevents GPT from making up trendy garbage like "help creators monetize" or "coach people on mindset."

2) Ask Which Industries Would Buy

"Which 3-5 industries would actively buy this type of help right now?"

3) Apply the Market Filter

Now apply this filter to each industry:

Is the market growing and spending?

Can you fulfill easily (with contractors or software)?

Is it high-margin if you hire?

Is the demand obvious and urgent?

Is the ROI clear and believable?

Can you reach the decision-maker easily? (Which channel?)

4) Pick the Best Combo

Now narrow it down: what's the single best offer + industry combo?

Ask GPT:

"Who specifically buys this offer inside that industry?"

It'll give you 2-3 buyer roles (e.g., Head of Ops, CTO, Founder).

5) Create a Sales Nav Search

"Build a Sales Navigator search that finds at least 1,000 buyers in this role/industry combo."

If LinkedIn can't give you 1,000+ prospects, it's probably not big enough to build on.

6) Extract the Pain

"Write a Reddit-style post from the buyer's perspective, venting about the pain this offer solves."

This step gives you the raw pain signal to shape the offer around.

7) Build the Offer (With Constraints)

Now tell GPT:

"Turn that pain into a productized offer using these rules:

It must solve a real time or money problem

It must have clear, believable ROI

It must be fulfillable without me

It must be able to scale to $1M+

It must be licenseable or sellable long-term"

No "audits." No "fractional." No "efficiency improvement."

8) Write Outreach Scripts (as a Test)

Ask GPT for 3 things:

Cold email (pain + outcome focused, no fluff)

7-word LinkedIn DM: "Are you [doing thing] at [company]?"

Cold call opener (1-sentence hook focused on buyer relevance)

If you can't write a compelling message for this offer, it's probably not strong enough yet.

Replace "website project" with your keywords like cold email campaign, SEO project - whatever fits.

Text that to 100 people in your address book and I bet you get deal flow by the end of the day.

And once you've squeezed every drop out of these channels...

* When your offer is locked in
* Your price is high enough that you can make a 90% profit and low enough that clients would kill to work with you...
* Your sales systems are so tight that you don't waste the influx of leads that's coming...

That's when you scale.
