Key highlight: In-depth influencer mapping project for a large multinational corporation
- Using Onalytica, an influencer marketing software platform, I produced a series of influencer maps focusing on businesses, media and individuals who are relevant in the climate change conversation. 
- The maps provide the client with key insights into how and why Influencers are engaging with each other. This enabled us to create an engagement strategy to guide the client in the best ways to join the conversation.

I was employed by Pearson, the global education and publishing FTSE100 company, in the UK Digital Marketing Team. The team was set up as an in-house agency function and my role was to plan, execute and manage all paid social campaigns for each of the UK Marketing teams. I worked with the marketing managers and design teams to create engaging paid campaigns for Pearson’s educator and learner audiences.

Key highlight: Development and delivery of paid media training across the UK Marketing teams.
-	When I started at Pearson, the UK marketing teams had not previously run many paid social campaigns resulting in a large knowledge gap across the business. Although I was managing the planning and execution of all campaigns, we decided to run a series of workshops to support team members in understanding more about the paid media process including budgets, content types, bidding, campaign set ups and reporting.
-	The workshops were extremely well received with positive feedback confirming that team members now felt more confident in their knowledge to brief campaigns.

As Corporate Communications Manager for Social Media I was responsible for growing and developing Climate-KIC's social media presence. I managed the main social media platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

-	Expanding Climate-KIC's influencer reach and increasing engagements and followers from many relevant high-profile influencers through the Climate-KIC social media channels.
-	Launching a new content marketing campaign. The Daily Planet was Climate-KIC's news and inspiration platform that share relevent content from the world of climate innovation.
-	Running a social media campaign for the global 24-hour Hackathon Climathon with the event hashtag attracting over 10k posts with a reach of 16.8M in 24 hours.

I worked with FACE for a year as my degree placement. FACE create software for health and social care organisations and my work with them involved their RAS (Resource Allocation System) product which was used to predict personal budgets for people in care. My job involved a lot of travel to work with the organisations to train their staff in the use of the software and data collection. During my time in the office I was in charge of converting the RAS algorithms for each site into SQL for the software.
