Spearheaded the introduction of key initiatives and benefits to solidify a high-performance culture, including leadership training to equip managers with the skills to embrace a 360° feedback policy that rewarded and encouraged excellence. By aligning development efforts with business goals, I helped create an environment where employees could perform at their best while advancing their careers.
