I was laid off from Adadyn as the company went into a retrenchment mode. This was an experimental initiative and set off to start an affiliate marketing company. From getting the logo designed to website developed, integrating with an analytical platform to MMPs, everything was done in a month's time. Onboarded clients, however incoming payments got delayed and the company ended up in a financial crisis. Finally, I had to drop the ball and exit this company. Sold this company to a friend, who then took it off from there on.

[-] Spearhead new strategic partnerships on the supply, demand and data dimensions for Adadyn's programmatic advertising desk and manage the overall partner relationship, including: business planning, onboarding, technical integrations, and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service the partners.

[-] Supported the managed advertisers’ on-boarding with technical inputs on data feed capturing, user tracking and conversion tracking implementations and necessary documentations.

[-] Created on-boarding documentations, process flows and technical support documentations etc in order to smoothly on board the partners into the platform on the Display and Mobile fronts and helped in connecting with large scale Media Supply from Ad Exchanges, Networks and Publishers 

[-] Spoke to Advertisers via emails, calls and specifically created documentations for easy integration of feed data, user tracking, as well as conversion tracking. Created API docs for Adadyn platform that aimed at a smooth on-boarding of managed advertisers onto the platform.

[-] Led the company's mobile demand side partnerships with top ad networks, running ad-hoc integrations and day to day account management. Dealt with Fixed CPM deals, Revenue share deals as well as CPA models.
