 • Established 5 episodes and 2 launches in a quarter’s time.

2.	Product Thursdays – monthly enablement series
•	Charted Product Thursdays from scratch which enabled SAP employees to pivot and upskill themselves on topics of Project Management. 
•	Garnered exceptional turnover with 5000+ participants each iteration. Developed a community of over 1000 of product management enthusiasts.

Project: BLUE Platform 
•	Co-led the program team of 16 people for refurbishing the official gig platform of SAP called BLUE
•	From user research to design thinking workshop, from building requirements to product development, I led the program as a co-lead. 
•	I played a pivotal role in managing the team and the successful launch of the SAP Blue platform with a user base of over 10,000 people.

• I coordinated six monthly meetings between development teams and the Managing Director. These meetings aimed to explore product development and innovation initiatives at SAP Labs in India
