Led the financial management of a significant Public-Private joint initiative to establish a robust, rapid screening system and operational implementation strategy to be delivered as a public good to Canadian companies to aid the re-opening of the Canadian economy amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic.

•	Utilizing the COBIT framework for evaluating and implementing data protection controls within the IT infrastructure.
•	Developing a two-stage intellectual property (IP) strategy by establishing a patent for the core technology, then formalizing the mechanisms for enhancing entrepreneurship training for scientists.
•	Reporting project status, roadblocks and milestones to the project sponsor and stakeholders throughout the project.
