When I launched Will Be Live in 2021, it wasn’t to start a marketing firm, it was to fix the recurring breakdown I kept seeing across industrial and enterprise B2B: companies investing millions into marketing and sales that either chases attention or dies in procurement.

• Assortment selection, sourcing, pricing, promotion, and forecasting of Dairy and Pantry categories with ARR of $3.5M and $1.7M respectively, from east to coast Canada
• Developed and supervised the launch of 50+ SKUs of national and private labels through managing 120+ vendors and collaborating on target costing and assortment planning
• Ensured competitive position, sales, product rating, category target, and P&L of the categories with 350+ SKUs
• Managed the team by training, setting goals and overseeing workload
• Collaborated with both external and internal stakeholders to map out processes and engage the required BUs for execution

Deloitte

• Produced and owned deliverables for a $600K governance project for the third largest Canadian grocery chain
• Produced two Proposals with the total amount of $1.5M to enhance the cyber landscape of two of our clients

Risk Advisory Consultant

• Performed an on-ground $2M compliance transformation project over nine months, to obtain authorization for expansion of a tier-one Iranian bank in Europe
• Managed audit workstream for Bank’s Internal Audit department, including interviewing the management and advising them on ways to comply with industry leading practices
• Appointed by EY Partner to solely drive an on-ground engagement for a corporation in Luxembourg based on my performance
• Conducted 150+ Due Diligence research reports on global corporations valued at ~$500K to assist clients in mitigating financial and reputational risks associated to their businesses

Senior Consultant

• Obtained a global fitness chain and the biggest Waterpark in UAE as two new major accounts with total ACV of ~$1M
• Managed interactions with over 30+ global and local vendors to procure most suitable products based on customer requirements and P&L of the proposals
• Responsible for developing 18 proposals worth ~$9M by liaising with external vendors, internal divisions, and regional clients under strict project timelines
