As Manager of Assessments at the National Dental Examining Board of Canada, I led the operational delivery of the NDEB’s most complex assessment process for internationally trained dentists - the Equivalency Process. I managed end-to-end assessment activities including planning, material development, evaluation, appeals, statistical analysis, and results reporting, all while driving continuous improvement in business processes and team performance. I played a key role in organizational change initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and leading change management efforts to support major program revisions. Known for bringing structure, clarity, and strong leadership, I empowered teams, enhanced readiness, and ensured smooth execution of high-stakes national assessments.

As Senior Manager of Business Operations at Gilmore Global, I led three key operational teams - Implementation, Business Analysis, and Procurement - supporting the delivery of integrated supply chain solutions. I specialize in navigating complex change across system implementations (ERP, CRM, HCM), as well as broader cultural and business transformations, ensuring alignment between vision and execution.

My approach blends behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and practical delivery. I’ve coached senior leaders, facilitated high-stakes workshops, and designed scalable frameworks that put people at the center of transformation. Along the way, I’ve built a reputation for being both strategic and grounded - able to inspire buy-in while keeping initiatives on track.

What drives me? Helping organizations unlock the mindset, capability, and confidence to lead change from within.

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated fitness enthusiast, automotive hobbyist, and unapologetic space nerd. I’m also deeply passionate about mentorship and coaching. Whether it’s helping emerging change professionals build confidence or guiding peers through leadership challenges, I believe in sharing what I’ve learned to help others grow. When I’m not driving transformation, I’m strength training, nerding out over space documentaries, or tinkering with my next car project.
