Was a shared HR resource for its sister organization, Clicklabs, as well. Jugnoo is an autorickshaw aggregator and allows Indian users to book autorickshaws online through an application software. It started out with its headquarters in Chandigarh and having city offices in 25 other cities of India. Jugnoo is currently available in more than 120 other cities of India and it has over 8 million users in India.

Inncuvate Consulting is a tech startup that aims to support the vast entrepreneurial landscape that is emerging in Prince George's County. 

Our mission is to create tech incubators and safe spaces for entrepreneurs across the county. The first successful launch was the Innovation Hub at Prince George's Community College which will serve students and community members that have a business they aim to create.

As the lead data scientist I curate data exclusive to Prince George's County business industries and use Python data analysis packages to find which industries are most lucrative and what geographical locations have an entry wedge for a tech incubator, co-working space or accelerator. I will be collaborating with the U.S. Census Bureau to curate business data specific to Prince George’s County.

• Trained ISSM (ice-sheet models) using Bayesian UQ, Monte Carlo, and ODE techniques in Python (PyMC3 using Spyder console). ODE techniques provided sensitivity analysis metrics that helped rank accuracy of training models.

• Proposed LV (Lotka Volterra) and Stan Probablistic Models to train in ISSM environment to ML & Instrument Autonomy Group at NASA JPL. Proposal approved.

• Created a framework using statistical analysis for ISSM to predict Greenland ice dissipation by year 2050.

Received a call back from NASA after the NCAS on-site experience at Langley Research Center (Summer 2018) for my leadership skills and collaborative efforts. The student assistantship was held from September 2018 to October 2018 during Fall semester.

Planned, organized, and implemented NCAS robotics competition logistics at NASA Glenn Research Center. Mentored aerospace scholars as teams developed their rovers for the robotics competition judged by NASA scientists and engineers. 

Proposed a nation-wide Outreach Campaign for recruiting aspiring scientists and engineers in community college to join NCAS. The alumni network for outreach is now being implemented by 40+ members around the country.

Student Assistant

The NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars Program is a highly competitive opportunity for students to network and learn from NASA scientists and engineers remotely and at NASA's Langley Research Center. The program gives students an exclusive opportunity to learn more about the history of NASA from the launch of the Orion spacecraft to the first U.S. mission to the moon. Currently we're studying a series of new developments as the world prepares for Mars 2020, those of which include: Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicles, radio-isotope power systems, and Mars airplanes. The program concludes after a robotics competition and summit with NASA scientists.

Prince George's Community College

The Financial Empowerment Center at Prince George's Community College needed a more proactive way of recording client data in a more robust database than a grumbled up Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Apricot Social Solutions software is specifically designed for small businesses that collect an excess amount of confidential data and utilize that data to make inferences and analyze statistics. 

The forms (6) were generated using HTML and the reports(2) were created using an existing editing tool within the Apricot boundaries. The database I created has reduced data redundancy, normalized the FEC client data into readable information, and made FEC employees' lives much easier.
