Providing Sales Support to Key Account Managers based out of the North American Headquarters in Novi, Michigan, within the industries of Industrial Machinery, Automotive and Aerospace sectors, through detailed account profiling based on Mckinsey's Audit Template and prioritizing them based on industry standards of Anchor, Farming and Hunting accounts.

2. Working closely to ensure Account Templates and Financial reports are readily available over Microsoft Dynamics CRM System and Share Point Portal towards easy access for Account Managers and C - Level Executives.

3. Running E-mail Campaigns and Focused Calling Measures as a part of our Business Development activities, to sync with C - Level Executives and Directors to facilitate mutual business interest, to pitch in the company's expertise in its' Line of Businesses, namely Engineering & Design (E&D), Enterprise Services Group (ESG), Vehicle Product Development (VPD) and Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) within cognizable industries.

4. Liaisoning with the Marketing Department to provide competitor's information and current market trends through timely Market Research activities and CRM campaigns and setting up tête-à-têtes with prospective clients based on TATA's presence at international annual / bi-annual seminars, web meetings and exhibitions.
