I have also designed and supervised the construction of many residential and commercial buildings, schools, offices, markets, health centers etc. I also supervised the construction of the 240 bed Regional Hospital (Trafalgar) at Ho among others.

•	Managed and developed a large team of international product managers, UX designers and developers (UK & Spain) including training and performance reviews. Improved productivity by aligning documentation and ways of working with UK teams.  

•	Designed and deployed Telefónica Blue: a Secure Mobile HD Voice over IP mobile app with voice conferencing increasing MAU by 20% (1,700 users).

•	Deployed a Universal Wi-Fi mobile app (http://bit.ly/1c9vDuG); a zero-touch worldwide Wi-Fi aggregation app that allows using any commercial wi-fi service in the world. Monthly active users: 3,500+ lines.

Responsible for the product lifecycle management services for multinational products and services (B2B and B2B2C segments) supporting the multinational segment P&L. 

•	Launched the Managed Mobility Global Service in more than 20 countries delivering a YoY revenue uplift of 8%.
•	Improved the rating of the Global Mobile Services by Industry Analysts from Challenger to Visionary (Gartner). 

•	Produced all Sales & Marketing materials and technical presales support with the Head of Mobile. Supported consultative selling with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to achieve sales targets.

O2 (Telefónica UK)

Served as product/project manager, designing and delivering Consumer Digital Products Portfolio Projects (B2C) for the O2UK residential market (Prepay+Contract). 

Achievements: 
•	Deployed the ‘O2 More’ (Priority) proposition, a permission-based advertising service using aggregated customer data to deliver targeted messaging and offers reaching 10 million customers by 2012.

•	Launched ‘O2 Bluebook’, a service that enabled customers to back up and store all the valuable information held on their mobile phones. The service managed to reach 500,000 users with 1.5m+ messages per day being submitted during peak usage of the service.

Fractional CPO and Product Advisor

Advertising workflows have been quite static and suitable for quarterly planning, the issue is that we have a weekly feed of data to optimise activation..

This is what I am starting to see: Agentic AI systems that pair two critical layers:

-MCP (shared context and permissions)
-A2A (intelligent agent coordination)

The issue is that we obsessively focus on speed without control. This is the best definition of expensive chaos(!)

Instead: 
->Orchestrate high-stakes work (brand campaigns, pricing, legal)
->Choreograph routine tasks (email variants, A/B tests, asset optimisation)
->Finops process as a human in the loop: keep this guardrail untouched because replacing a £50K human with £100K of agent compute makes little sense

What this looks like in practice:
Stop using linear workflows and artifacts that break when conditions shift. 

Create specialist agents that:
Draft channel-specific copy
Verify claims and brand voice
Rebalance budgets from live performance data
Decide when to centralise vs. distribute work
>>>All operating within defined budgets, roles, and audit trails.

Key risks to manage:
Uncapped agent conversations = silent budget bleed
Black box decisions that executives can't defend - where's my XAI? 
Local optimisations that create system-wide harm

How to validate: 
Pick a low-risk, high-learning & reward area. 
Measure everything. 
Keep humans in charge of taste, trust, and brand decisions. 
Build traces so you can replay any decision.

The technology is ready, the issue is can you use it and apply it with discipline?

OpenAI rolling advertising looks likely but the path to implementation will be complex and uncertain.

Let me explain: 

So, what’s the legal basis to send me ads when I asked the GPT for a snoopy cartoon picture and it suggested me a branded product? 
Is there a legitimate interest or consent to use personal data from chatGPT conversations?  
I am not sure.

In any case I would expect a clear and informed choice to consent.  Maybe something like pay for ad-free experience like Meta? T&Cs should tell users how data is used as part of the transparency principle. 

The other issue that will be most difficult to address is the right of erasure.  How will OpenAi manage the removal of personal data from LLMs training models will be challenging.

The last area will be about accuracy and liability. Ads or product recommendations generated by AI must be accurate and not misleading. Advertisers and the platform can be held liable for false or unsubstantiated claims in AI-generated ad content, as AI "hallucinations" can lead to factual errors. 

In the meantime, expect new T&Cs and a big announcement to plug the code red funding hole at OpenAI ..
