Currently working as Deputy Manager – Group Operations at Bajaj Life, managing end-to-end group insurance operations for 10+ NBFC and MFI partners, supporting portfolios exceeding ₹50+ Cr while maintaining ~98% TAT adherence.

My role sits at the intersection of business operations, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization, working closely with underwriting, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, servicing, and compliance.

I actively support process improvement and digital optimization initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency, reduced manual dependency, and improved service quality. I also assist in change management during workflow, system, and policy-level transitions.

With an MBA in Banking & Finance, my focus is on roles involving BFSI operations excellence, project management, and digital transformation, where execution discipline and measurable impact drive outcomes.
