I also possess strong leadership traits, trying to look for the best even in the worst situations.  I am charismatic and I love involving people around me in order to build a strong and powerful team.  For instance, I learned how to cooperate and deal with people coming from the most diverse backgrounds.  I also learned the meaning of being part of a team, in both victory and defeat.  I can work in a stressful environment.  I possess a great motivation and sense of responsibility, but I think Passion in my job is my main asset, making me an hard-working and dedicated employee.
