I left the corporate ladder just a few months into a graduate traineeship.

Turned my living room into a recording studio yesterday 🎙️

We spent the day recording the first episodes of the Goodshift podcast series, with honest conversations about working in impact companies like Karomia, Dripl, Joule and Companion.energy. 

Two things stayed with me ↓ 

First, careers are not linear anymore. They evolve in chapters. Each chapter teaches you something different about what you value and how you want to spend your time. 

Second, once you have experienced what it feels like to create meaningful impact in one chapter, you rarely go back. It changes how you look at work, and what you expect from your next step.

Grateful for everyone who joined, and big shoutout to Ben for taking care of the production.

The last five years, every time I picked up a microphone it was mostly to share pieces of the Dripl journey.
A story I loved telling and one that shaped me more than I realised at the time.

Now, for the first time, I got to talk about Goodshift.
A new venture built on many lessons from those years. 

It felt good to give a first glimpse into how we are building the company and what we are trying to solve.
