As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Royal Caribbean Group, I am passionate about helping people find the next piece of the puzzle in their career journey. I lead the recruitment for leadership roles in various business groups, such as HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, Medical, and Newbuild. I leverage data analytics, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion strategies to attract and retain top talent in the cruise industry. 

I hold a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida, where I also completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have also obtained a Certificate of HR Data Analytics from Cornell University and participated in business and Spanish exchange programs at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and Universidad de Salamanca. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have a Bloomberg Certification and a Certified Gator Professional credential.

As a Software Engineer passionate about creating impactful solutions, I combine deep technical expertise with a strong drive for innovation. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Delhi Technological University.

I have experience developing scalable backend systems, machine learning pipelines, and full-stack applications. At Cult.fit, I built critical backend infrastructure for nationwide operations, automated auditing workflows using computer vision and large language models, and improved operational efficiency significantly. During my internship at Sprinklr, I developed a Customer Effort Score model leveraging Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and Transformers, driving substantial improvements in customer satisfaction.

My work has been recognized globally—I’ve ranked among the top performers in the Meta Global Coding Challenge (Global Rank 7), EY Data Science Challenge (All India Rank 1), and the IMC Trading Challenge. I am also honored to have been named Emerging Technologist of the Year 2024 as a United Nations Millennium Fellow.

I’m proficient across a wide range of technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Spring Boot, Node.js, MERN stack, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, and I enjoy applying these skills to build products that solve real-world problems.
