I lead the recruitment for leadership roles in various business groups, such as HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, Medical, and Newbuild. I leverage data analytics, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion strategies to attract and retain top talent in the cruise industry. 

I hold a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida, where I also completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have also obtained a Certificate of HR Data Analytics from Cornell University and participated in business and Spanish exchange programs at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and Universidad de Salamanca. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have a Bloomberg Certification and a Certified Gator Professional credential.

Cameron County Clerk

•	Oversees operations of (8) divisions comprising over 53 employees, performs all functions of the County Clerk in her absence, functions as an assistant to the County Clerk with the responsibility of managing, coordinating, planning, organizing, and directing all operational activities of department.
•	Supervises project development activities, the implementation of new or expanded departmental policies and procedures, shared office procedural tasking and ensure office compliance with department and County policies as well as state and federal laws.
•	Assists in the interviewing process for job applicants, manages personnel issues including performance evaluations, counseling sessions and resolving personnel disputes. 
•	Prepares and monitors annual budget, authorizes expenditures and monitors contracts.
•	Interacts with judiciary, department heads, elected officials, vendors, other County staff and the general public to resolve issues.
•	Contributes to annual performance appraisals by working with supervisors to achieve consistency and compliance with established procedures.

Operations / Records Manager

Oversaw the expansion of operations to the City of San Benito, Texas for issuing vital records, recording oﬃcial public records, and collections of misdemeanor & justice court fees and court costs, Team of seven.
•	Streamlined the process for filing and recording over the counter real property records by eliminating the use of postage and envelopes.  Saved the County Clerk’s Office over $9,000 in supplies during the first year of implementation. Two years later the main office adopted the same business process into operations.
•	Implemented office cross training program in Centralized Collections, Issuance of Vital Records, Filing and Recording, and Records Management.  The use of technology and cross training led to expansion of services to cities of Harlingen, and La Feria without needing additional staff or costs to the public!
•	Recognized by Commissioners Court for receiving 97% Collections Compliance rating from the Office of Court Administration for Collections of Justice Court Fines and Court Costs.
•	Facilitated successful internal and external audits through sound and thorough documentation.
•	Reconciled vendor statements and handled payment complaints or discrepancies.
•	Established positive and effective communication among unit staff and organization leadership, reducing miscommunications and missed deadlines.
•	Represents the Records Management section of the County Clerk's office as a subject matter expert on projects relating to the clerk's role in the records management and preservation process.

Satellite Office / Records Manager / Collections Supervisor

•	Direct the Records Management program.  Follow RIM policies and records retention schedules, provide training and consultative services, to non-elected offices for Cameron County, including capture and preservation of records; inventory.
•	Led a highly motivated team of 4 to ensure completion of department goals, and legal requirements.
•	Led the digitization project of Historical Real Estate Records (including slave records), Deed of Trust Records, and Miscellaneous Deed Records 1848 - 1925 into the case management system that enabled simplified access to all Cameron County Land Records via Public Portal.
•	Completed the Preservation of Cameron County Historical Civil, Probate, and Criminal Minutes 1848-1912, thereby ensuring the records will be available for future generations to enjoy.

Records Management Supervisor

General clerical duties, processed payments, data entry, routed telephone calls.  Initiated and completed the organization and inventory of over 15,000 court, vital, and official public records.  Revived the Récords Management Program for County Clerks Office.
