As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Royal Caribbean Group, I am passionate about helping people find the next piece of the puzzle in their career journey. I lead the recruitment for leadership roles in various business groups, such as HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, Medical, and Newbuild. I leverage data analytics, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion strategies to attract and retain top talent in the cruise industry. 

I hold a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida, where I also completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I have also obtained a Certificate of HR Data Analytics from Cornell University and participated in business and Spanish exchange programs at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and Universidad de Salamanca. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have a Bloomberg Certification and a Certified Gator Professional credential.

As one of the first hires for 3rdi Technologies, I worked as an Account Manager to not only manage an existing project with multiple companies from a previous government contract bid but aided in securing new government and private contract job-order bids. As a certified Procore partner, 3rdi Tech. pitched to new small to mid-sized business accounts as a project manager partner for government construction bids. I regularly participated in outbound calls to find new bids for 3rdi Tech. as its account manager while tracking, measuring and scheduling the progress of the previously secured project bid. Well versed in building relationships across internal and cross-functional teams to consolidate communications. My responsibilities include:
 
> Supported existing project throughout the tracking process towards quarterly goals, served as the secondary point of contact for issue resolution and navigated timelines and milestones 

> Experienced in selling on technical products such as Procore to non-technical audiences such as companies to help understand how partnering with 3rdi Tech. would streamline efficiency for tracking project progress

> Built compelling narratives and utilized storytelling as an outbound engagement strategy for multiple levels of stakeholders which  included executive stakeholders.

> Scheduled management of current project with Google’s schedule tool 

> Translated business requirements and needs with Procore’s technology solutions with stakeholders and executives

> Advocated for business needs to drive new feature development for Procore implementation, and lead across multiple job order contract bids and thus, maintained continued customer momentum and partnership

> Assisted in managing business accounts to communicate a business strategy, expand the business through outbound efforts

Appellate Advocates 

As a paralegal with Appellate Advocates, a not for profit focusing on appealing criminal convictions, I worked alongside attorneys in a fast-paced environment with multiple overlapping deadlines to file briefs, motions and countless others documents for our clients appeals. In special cases, I would work one on one with attorneys for prolonged cases to track down elusive court files and document the process for other paralegals to make it easier for them to access respective files down the line. This would require proactive initiation on my behalf and a meticulous attention to detail as even the smallest of mistake could result in having the request or filing motion denied by organizations and Appellate Division/Term. My responsibilities included: 

> Compiled and filed legal documents within 3-5 business working days of being assigned tasks 

> Proactively researched how to locate documents when working with attorneys with domestic violence cases. DV cases would require paralegals to creatively find relevant documents, such as services our clients received many years ago, from public to private organizations.

As a writing tutor, I have coached over 500 students (undergraduates and graduates) within the span of three years. With the one-on-one sessions, I collaborated with the tutee to craft unique solutions and approaches for their respective issues with their assignment. These assignments would range from essays to grant applications. Skilled assessing the situation in short periods of time to provide curated feedback and identifying documentation needs proactively with students.

> Advanced to board member of the Writing Center where I spearheaded the program The Fundamentals of American Academic Writing. This program offered various workshops that broke down complex concepts of American academic writing into clear and easy to understand documentation and audience needs. The first workshop would be how to dissect a prompt and then the last would be incorporating professors feedback for upcoming writing assignments.

As Chhaya’s Communications Intern, I managed Chhaya’s social media channels, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and created social media posts  to help effectively reach the working-class South Asian and Indo- Caribbean audience, shared Chayya’s service information, and responded to feedback. Chhaya’s end of the summer Chatpati Mela (Street Fair) had over 500 hundred participants, which I advertised via targeted social media audience and by building relationships with local business to share event’s information.

> Developed and executed tactful strategies for communication to working class South Asian and Indo- Caribbean audience for Chhaya’s services, including Tenant Know Your Rights 

> Planned frequency and chose channels of communications on weekly basis for social media posts
