Nicole Noonan is the Chief AI Officer at The Ingenuity Engine, where she acts as a strategist helping brands, founders, and teams integrate AI into the heartbeat of their business content, operations, audience growth, and revenue. Before stepping into the world of advanced automation and agentic AI, Nicole spent more than a decade in advertising and experiential marketing, shaping campaigns for some of the most iconic global brands: the NBA, Nike, Google/Amazon Prime, AEG, AXS, HBO, DirecTV, Diageo, Complex, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN. Her storytelling and brand-building expertise even earned her an Emmy Award, along with a Gold ADDY, Clio Award, Webby Award, and Event Marketer’s Ex Award.

Today, Nicole’s work sits at the intersection of psychology, marketing, and intelligent automation. She helps businesses adopt Agentic AI, build AI employees, streamline workflows through AI automation, and developing custom MCP (Multi-Component Program) systems that allows AI agents to connect to real-time data sources and tools. By giving AI a “phone number” to the outside world, MCP lets her clients deploy assistants that can retrieve current information, execute tasks, integrate with business systems, and function like true real-world operators.

JWilliams Staffing is a dynamic and expanding national brand and the leading real estate staffing and recruitment agency. Our Multi-family Maintenance Service Division provides temporary and direct hire Maintenance Technicians and Porters to our Property Management clients.
Responsible for client satisfaction/retention, business development, and recruiting/hiring temporary employees for Maintenance Technician and Porter assignments throughout Southern California.

Regional Director, Multi-Family Maintenance Service - So. Cal Division

North American Staffing Group, inc.

Provide support to Healthcare industry temporary staffing accounts under Medica Talent Group division. Ensure compliance on all new hires. Full-cycle hire of healthcare professionals, ranging from entry level corporate, medical assistants, to RNs and Providers as well as executive level for temporary and direct-hire positions. Develop network and business relationships with sources of candidates (vocational and adult education schools, state colleges, organizations, associations). Point of contact for multiple client accounts to ensure improvement on customer service and quality of service. Provide analytical and comprehensive reports for clients on contingent staff spend, regional compensation surveys.

Account Executive

Management of Light industrial account in South Los Angeles area. 150+ temps with coverage at two additional satellite client sites. Full-cycle hiring to ensure sufficient coverage for seasonal and non-seasonal need. Reduced employee injuries by establishing and enforcing warehouse safety rules and protocols including dress code, machine equipment checklists, safety trainings, frequent walkthroughs, safety compensation program.

On-Site Supervisor

PriorityWorkforce, Inc.

Recruiting and management of 300+ temps over 3 sites. Ensured fill ratio on daily changing production line for food production client. Daily walkthroughs throughout main site to oversee employees following all safety procedures, protocols, food safety regulations. Ensure compliance to assist client in maintaining SQF certification.
Representative of the company to the client and employees. First point of contact for HR related matters. Daily/weekly reports on labor cost, attendance, payroll and other per client request.
Managed planning and transition of newly-acquired accounts to ensure complete transition of temp employees with compliance and decreased discrepancies.

AMR Staffing

Manage 150+ temps provided to client site for up to all three shifts, five departments. Provide to daily requests and see to the satisfaction of client(s). Ensure fill ratio of staff required for daily fluctuating operations in logistics. Aid associates and clients in adhering to OSHA and labor law compliance, be the point of contact between client, temps, and company. Complete and submit daily reports (attendance, labor cost, etc.). Interview and recruit for multiple positions that fit client needs. Ensure accuracy in Payroll. Assist and take over Human Resources related issues at site.

Allied Universal

Renewed 5-year contract with client, city, board members, and business owners by providing service to business owners in industrial area surrounded by low-income community and gaining majority vote by remaining highly visible, approachable by the community, proactive against crime and vandalism deterring.
Patrol a South Los Angeles industrial area by foot, bicycle, and vehicle. Inform civilians of infractions/crimes committed and ensure compliance. Prevent and respond to criminal/emergency incidents. Relay information to law enforcement and first responders. Communicate and accommodate business tenants and clients’ requests. Hire, train, and supervise new hires. Keep record of daily activity reports, document and file paperwork.
