In my role as implementation consultant, I acted as project lead for global implementation projects and responsible for the successful implementation, onboarding and successful adoption of Crunchr. I implemented clients with 35.000+ employees globally and I regularly worked with HR directors and executives. Furthermore, I made sure HR analytics was pushed on the agenda of our clients and I consulted by building relevant HR business cases to increase the adoption of HR analytics. My biggest achievements are:

•	Established the Customer Success team (as functional lead) and created multiple work processes. 
•	Developed (technical) implementation, onboarding and adoption processes for Crunchr. 
•	Developed ETL processes for data wrangling & validation with Python and Excel for a smooth technical implementation.
•	Created a customer support portal with a ticketing system and an e-learning platform to improve user engagement.
•	Developed an user analytics dashboard to analyse and improve the user experience and adoption of Crunchr
•	HR data analyses as part of consulting projects

Implementation Consultant (Functional lead Customer Success)

During my internship I mainly worked on my master thesis. The topic of my thesis is the prediction of employee mobility and career paths. My biggest (academic) contributions are:
•	An algorithm that detects job transitions in workforce data.
•	Examined the vacancy chain model and created a method to analyse how vacancies are being filled internally by demotion, promotion and externally by new hires.
•	A method to analyse career paths over time to test path dependency using Markov chain models. In addition, I analysed employee mobility between hierarchical functional areas.

In June 2017 I gathered a team of ambitious students from Tilburg University and started a foundation called People Analytics Academy Conference (PAAC). 

PAAC is a conference, where students, professionals and academics connect to share their knowledge about People Analytics. The conference offers a diverse program, including state-of-the-art academic keynotes, practical perspectives from global companies, and interactive business cases from  leading firms, all related to the topic of People Analytics.

In 2018 and 2019 we organised two successful editions with in total over 350 (international) registrations.
