Associate Talent Attraction Partner, LATAM University Recruiting

1 year internship as part of the in the university recruiting team, focusing on cross-operational activities for Salesforce's internship and new graduates program across the Latin America region. 

My activities consisted in sourcing university students and new graduates to the regional internship program through Linkedin Recruiter, creating projects for internship roles across Argentina, Mexico and Brazil; I have also actively participated in the execution and the strategy behind university events with the intent of building recruiting pipeline for roles and attract candidates to our internship program;

I've provided support to the recruiting team with contract operations for interns in Brazil, following contracts timelines, working on extension dates, end dates and notifying hiring managers about taking action to determine their decision in terms of extending internship contracts or full-time employee offers; 

During this 1-year internship, I've also had the opportunity to be selected among other interns to support the regional Marketing team during the biggest event for Salesforce Brazil in 2022: the Salesforce Live Brazil Executive Experience. I have also got to the podium of a Pitch Competition among interns globally with the LATAM team and got to become a Ranger on Trailhead, leveraging my knowledge around our products as a recruiter.

 I've worked as an intern for 7 months inside the Human Resources department in two different fronts, operations/generalist HR activities and payroll/benefits. 

During this time, I've managed invoices from different vendors across HR processes, created internship contracts, scheduled onboardings, presented the institutional onboarding to new hires in Brazil, added new hires to medical benefits, scheduled the pre-employment medical exam for new hires; managed a fleet of operational and executive cars from sales employees and helped Marketing & Human Resources with informations for the monthly newsletter.

I'm an Talent Scout for Salesforce, focused on sourcing for early career roles, specifically directed towards generating pipeline and providing great candidates to the recruiters on my team with the best and most diverse talent to be the future of Salesforce in LATAM, while recently also supporting sourcing for EMEA roles as well.
