I am a pediatric oncologist, researcher, and physician leader dedicated to improving outcomes for children with cancer. Over the past two decades, I have cared for hundreds of patients, led clinical programs, and contributed to research that advances cures and compassionate care.

As Section Chief of Oncology at Texas Children’s Hospital and Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine, my mission is to deliver the highest quality care while building systems that support innovation, collaboration, and family-centered healing.

My work extends beyond the clinic. I am deeply involved in developing clinical research programs, mentoring the next generation of physicians, and strengthening the bridge between discovery and patient care.

In recent years, I have also embraced entrepreneurship—founding REIDOC Capital and REIDOC Agency—to help physicians gain financial freedom and pursue lives of purpose and balance.

At my core, I believe in service: to patients, families, colleagues, and the broader physician community.
