Principal Owner

- Schedule and conduct tours of homes for prospective buyers.
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for buying or selling properties.
- Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and neighborhood conditions.
- Create, update, and manage property listings on various platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including online ads, social media posts, and open houses.
- Prepare, review, and handle all initial documentation for real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with other real estate agents, mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Assist clients with understanding financing options and connecting them with mortgage brokers.
- Provide accurate property valuations and comparative market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.

Alabaster Enterprises Incorporated

- Responding to all incoming calls and emails related to appointment requests, customer issues, and comprehensive customer care.
- Converting all older, handwritten documents into a modern, digital format.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments for all plumbing technicians.
- Handling phone payments and conducting calls for late payment collections.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Performing various tasks related to accounts receivable management.

CSR Lead and Dispatcher

Revitalize Milwaukee - changing the lives of homeowners by providing free home repairs.

- Assisted in the development of our critical repair program 
- Assisted with project schedule development and management
- Developed new and existing program processes and documentation 
- Completion of post-project documentation and follow up letters
- Built relationships with local contractors 
- Assisted in the identification and recruitment of skilled trades contractors

- Solicited thousands of dollars in "in-kind" donations to meet identified in-kind needs

- Established written procedures for both national and international offices.
- Created marketing materials for advertising campaigns and corporate events.
- Oversaw all national and international shipping and receiving operations for the company.
- Conducted research and facilitated the onboarding of new purchasing clients.
- Utilized NetSuite CRM to manage all client interactions and shipping processes.

MVConnect, LLC

- Successfully recruited and integrated 150 new repossession agents across the country.
- Completed numerous audits of new agent locations and facilities.
- Assisted senior executives with project completion and data collection.
- Established a new CRM system and migrated all existing data to the new platform.
- Oversaw all legal documentation required for onboarding new agents.
- Monitored and renewed all necessary legal documentation for 314 agents in the MV Network, including insurance certificates, bonds, and workers' compensation.
- Maintained strong relationships with network repossession agents.

- Instructed students with physical and mental disabilities, including EBD, ADHD, and Autism
- Created strategies to meet the student's needs based on IEP requirements
- Instructed self-contained and small-group lessons for students with IEPs
- Assisted in students' physical, emotional and social development for grades six through eight
- Provided crisis-Intervention strategies and application when required with high-level disruptions
