Responsible for the complete marketplace operations, from vision to execution. Creating valuable product partnerships with other digital health companies to bring additional value to our customers.

In H2 2023, led the complete legal restructuring of Healthie's marketplace to ensure compliance with a number of federal statutes as Healthie became ONC certified. This restructuring included moving existing partners to new agreements to create more standardization across the marketplace. To date, Healthie has over 30 partners building to our APIs. In March of 2024, we relaunched the marketplace as “The Harbor.”

My role also includes direct management of a Clinical Operations Program Manager and Partner Success Manager.

Like many mental health professionals, I once saw traditional private practice as a path to more freedom, flexibility, and autonomy within my personal and professional life. But along the way, I came to see how this extractive, exploitive system failed providers like myself and the people entrusted with their care. Disillusioned, isolated, and burned out, I began to challenge myself to rethink what it meant to be a successful individual practitioner. I set out to reclaim the exiled parts of myself and cultivate a safe place to flourish for myself and my clients. 

Amid this profound shift in my own way of being and working, I saw a critical need to empower other providers to bring more of their authentic selves to their work. This mission became all the more imperative for me as I watched my own daughter begin her journey into the psychology profession. 

And thus, Inspiring Psychology Practices was born.

British Army Land Forces Headquarters

I was recruited in 1996 to the Ministry of Defence, where I worked for three Major Generals, carrying out behavioural sciences research and also teaching at the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham. My initial role in the Ministry of Defence involved:

★  Researching the behaviour of troops within virtual environments and simulators to facilitate and measure training effectiveness via distributed digital platforms
★  Carrying out research into the values and ethical standards of the British Army, the psychological profile successful instructors and recruits during phase 1 (initial) training
★  Serving as lead scientist in the first Tri-Service review of the policy regarding women in the combat arms

After my tenure teaching diversity and inclusion at the Royal Military College of Science, I returned to the Army's personnel and training command as the senior psychologist to the Director of Army Personnel Strategy. Here I:

★  Established and headed the British Army’s people analytics team, responsible for researching, predicting and evaluating changes in personnel policy on the morale, combat effectiveness, recruitment and retention observing soldiers and officers to the Army Board (ECAB) and Parliament
★  Headed up the British Army’s team of human factors air accident investigators, and was responsible for advising Aviation Standards, Army Air Corps at Middle Wallop on human factors issues affecting aviation safety
