Responsible for the complete marketplace operations, from vision to execution. Creating valuable product partnerships with other digital health companies to bring additional value to our customers.

In H2 2023, led the complete legal restructuring of Healthie's marketplace to ensure compliance with a number of federal statutes as Healthie became ONC certified. This restructuring included moving existing partners to new agreements to create more standardization across the marketplace. To date, Healthie has over 30 partners building to our APIs. In March of 2024, we relaunched the marketplace as “The Harbor.”

My role also includes direct management of a Clinical Operations Program Manager and Partner Success Manager.

I joined nView in 2019 as Head of Customer Success to build out process and implement tools needed to scale operations. As Vice President-Operations I am part of nView's leadership team, accountable for Customer Success (CS) and Operations, leveraging my experience to ensure that clients get the best results from our solutions and to help internal teams meet their goals. In this multi-faceted role I lead customer on-boarding and implementation, training, project management, day-to-day support and have responsibility for account retention, renewals and expansion. Additionally, I develop our sales and CS metrics/reports and am engaged in direct sales activity including pre-sales demos, marketing, pricing and contracting, and business development with 3rd party partners and resellers.
