Responsible for the complete marketplace operations, from vision to execution. Creating valuable product partnerships with other digital health companies to bring additional value to our customers.

In H2 2023, led the complete legal restructuring of Healthie's marketplace to ensure compliance with a number of federal statutes as Healthie became ONC certified. This restructuring included moving existing partners to new agreements to create more standardization across the marketplace. To date, Healthie has over 30 partners building to our APIs. In March of 2024, we relaunched the marketplace as “The Harbor.”

My role also includes direct management of a Clinical Operations Program Manager and Partner Success Manager.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years in the mental health field, dedicated to exposing, challenging and changing the systemic harms faced by mental health professionals and helping people reclaim their autonomy within (or outside of) these systems.

My work focuses on championing ideas, beliefs, values, processes and systems that support clinician mental health, burnout recovery, and advocating for liberatory, relationship-centered work. I speak with clinicians, students, leaders, builders and teams about their lived realities of working inside exploitative systems, and supporting meaningful alternatives: repair, exiting or resisting unhealthy systems & environments, and building professional lives rooted in dignity and true relational care.

I also partner with peers, colleagues, curious minds and mission-driven businesses on writing, strategy, advising, and messaging that respects the humanity of mental health professionals and the people they serve.
