I have spent my career helping brands find the story that actually matters. 

For ten plus years I have led creative and narrative work for teams at Google, Kajabi, TD Ameritrade, NBC, and others. I have built messaging systems, shaped brand voice, guided multi channel campaigns, directed video work, and helped cross functional teams speak with one clear voice. I love the craft of writing. I love the strategy behind that craft even more.

What I do best is bring order to chaos. Give me scattered notes, competing priorities, three different visions, and a tight deadline and I will turn it into something simple, clear, and powerful. I build frameworks that help teams stay aligned. I guide writers and designers toward stronger creative choices. I lead with curiosity, collaboration, and intention.

I thought I was doing all the right things that will lead to success. In a way, I was. I got the good grades, got the degrees, the qualifications and landed a job at the world’s best Investment Bank at Goldman Sachs.

I had a high-flying career in the City of London and even had the opportunity to live and work in New York. My life looked great on paper, but I felt that something was missing.

I realised that success alone does not lead to happiness.

After I qualified as a Mental Health First Aider, I’ve come to realise that numerous professionals were suffering in silence.

The daily pressure to perform, coupled with the lack of time for themselves and their loved ones affected their health and performance. People were seeking balance and more meaning in their lives. I knew I wasn’t alone.

No money or success in the world is worth you having to sacrifice your health and happiness.

The Covid pandemic gave me an opportunity to pursue something I deeply cared about.

I pursued a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health.

It was intimidating at first, committing to a challenging Masters, while having a demanding job, but it turned out to be anything but intimidating.

Quite the opposite! It lit me up and gave me new energy.

It made me even better at what I was doing and became a driving force behind my success.

I found that missing piece in my life!

Today, I help finance professionals find that missing piece in their life, tap into their full potential leading to a happier & healthier life.

I've lived in 4 countries and travelled to 50 across all continents and speak English,
German, and Tamil fluently. My life has taken me to all corners of the world, which helps me
