As an innovation coach at Strategyzer, I help large multinational organizations create new business models that generate value and growth. I use Strategyzer’s tools, methodology and tech platform to guide teams through the innovation process, from ideation to validation. I work with clients on various innovation initiatives, such as venture building, innovation incubators and accelerators and training. I also help them measure the impact of their innovation investment, using data and evidence to make better decisions. I help teams save time and money on projects that don’t have potential, and scale up the ones that do. I help teams design and test value propositions and business models that solve customer problems and create competitive advantage.

Strategyzer Coach

As host of Strategyzer webinars, I have the privilege of facilitating engaging and insightful conversations with some of the world’s leading experts on corporate innovation. We explore topics such as business model design, innovation culture, leadership and strategy with guests like Hubert Joly (Former CEO of Best Buy) and Garry Ridge (former CEO of WD40). I work alongside Alex Osterwalder, the inventor of the Business Model Canvas and a best-selling author, and Tendayi Viki, an award-winning author and innovation consultant. My role is to ensure that our webinars are interactive, fast-paced, informative and fun and that our audience gets the most value out of them. As a content creator at Strategyzer, I am responsible for producing high-quality and engaging video content for our online academy and our social media channels. I plan, shoot, edit and post videos that showcase our products, services and thought leadership in the field of corporate innovation. I have helped grow our online community to over 200,000 followers across all platforms. I also write blogs and design webinars that provide valuable insights and tips for our audience. Additionally, I create content for our live virtual masterclasses led by Alex Osterwalder, the inventor of the Business Model Canvas and a best-selling author. My role is to deliver compelling and educational content that helps our customers and prospects learn and apply the tools and methods of Strategyzer.

In charge of overseeing online training and elearning development initiatives for several departments; advise on best education technology implementation strategies. Collaborate on interdepartmental eLearning development initiatives, aligning training with the organization’s strategic goals, mission and vision.
Develop and implement training standards and programs to make the best use of available resources, identifying and mentoring high-potential employees to become eLearning developers for their own departments. Trained such employees and provided support and access to eLearning development resources.
Review, select, recruit and manage outside eLearning developer and training vendors, liaising between vendors and clients, and managing the process of developing courses for internal department clients.
Coordinate the instructional design, eLearning development, and LMS assignment for high-impact, mass-assigned organization-wide courses, such as Compliance, Regulatory Education, and Environmental Health and Safety.
Design, create and update tutorials, courses and instructional videos and other electronic materials, using several Adobe and Articulate authoring tools, meeting a variety of educational objectives across an organization of over 37,000 employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including choices of media, instructors and methodology.

In charge of all aspects of course design, planning and implementation for new computer literacy program. Produced eLearning strategy, manage trainers and lab assistants, manage course schedule and staff development workshops.

Designed and implemented organization eLearning strategy for a nonprofit organization. Deployed an eLearning system to introduce new computer learners to eLearning, including design, implementation and training the instructors.

Served as a liaison between IT staff and identity management team on proper installation and deployment of computer soft/hardware for computer instruction. Advised IT staff on system requirements for LMS and computer training hard/software preparation.

Managed a technology and health education community program (consisting of a 13-laptop mobile lab and two Trainers). Designed curricula for health service organizations on using technology to obtain reliable health information and basic computer education.

Designed and delivered a customized “Train the Computer Trainer” performance support system, addressing the complexities of technology training for specific populations, blending training, technology education and basic adult literacy. Created instructional materials for trainers and delivered training to all computer training staff.

Established computer classroom training and eLearning for 14 public computer centers, providing over 5,500 training hours, exceeding the expected number of delivered training hours by 13% by the end of the grant.
