In charge of overseeing online training and elearning development initiatives for several departments; advise on best education technology implementation strategies. Collaborate on interdepartmental eLearning development initiatives, aligning training with the organization’s strategic goals, mission and vision.
Develop and implement training standards and programs to make the best use of available resources, identifying and mentoring high-potential employees to become eLearning developers for their own departments. Trained such employees and provided support and access to eLearning development resources.
Review, select, recruit and manage outside eLearning developer and training vendors, liaising between vendors and clients, and managing the process of developing courses for internal department clients.

In charge of all aspects of course design, planning and implementation for new computer literacy program. Produced eLearning strategy, manage trainers and lab assistants, manage course schedule and staff development workshops.

Designed and implemented organization eLearning strategy for a nonprofit organization. Deployed an eLearning system to introduce new computer learners to eLearning, including design, implementation and training the instructors.

Served as a liaison between IT staff and identity management team on proper installation and deployment of computer soft/hardware for computer instruction. Advised IT staff on system requirements for LMS and computer training hard/software preparation.

Managed a technology and health education community program (consisting of a 13-laptop mobile lab and two Trainers). Designed curricula for health service organizations on using technology to obtain reliable health information and basic computer education.

Designed and delivered a customized “Train the Computer Trainer” performance support system, addressing the complexities of technology training for specific populations, blending training, technology education and basic adult literacy. Created instructional materials for trainers and delivered training to all computer training staff.

Established computer classroom training and eLearning for 14 public computer centers, providing over 5,500 training hours, exceeding the expected number of delivered training hours by 13% by the end of the grant.
