As a Global L&D Manager, I lead the learning design and delivery of modules of the Marketing Academy, facilitating workshops across multiple markets and regions. 

 I designed and facilitated Modules 2 and 3 of Marketing Academy and Sales program for front line Sales Managers and teams.

	Led Learning Design of Module 2 of SABMiller Marketing Academy, Brand Positioning and Core Creative Idea.  Rolled out across 30 markets, 1240 participants with 90%+ overall rating, leading to improved brand outputs in 18 brands across Latin America.  Incorporated blended learning approach with e-learning & action learning post- workshop. 
	Leading Learning Design of Module 3 of SABMiller Marketing Academy, (Brilliant Execution).  Includes e-learning and leader-led workshops, and video materials.   Leaders’ workshop complete and team program in development.
	Facilitated and presented Modules 1 & 2 in Russia, Italy, Czech Republic, UK, Ghana, South Africa and El Salvador (through Spanish). 
	Developed full blended learning program for Sales Developers and Sales Managers including workshops, E-learning & on the job materials to ensure adoption of new Selling Model. Rolling out in Lat Am, Sweden, Germany & Hungary with on-trade sales teams.
	Managed final design and supported rollout of Marketing and Insight Competency models, implemented across European markets in Appraisal process. 
	Refined and delivered Personal Branding workshop as part of company outplacement program as lead facilitator.  Still being rolled out, currently over 900 participants.
