The Belgian Development Group (100 employees) was a group of Software Developers working on the Centera product (ex-Filepool), reporting directly to the Corporate Headquarters.
o	Business Partner for the VP Engineering, based in the US, the functional heads in Belgium, and the Centera EMEA Sales Director based in the UK
o	Member of the Country Management Team, the EMEA Centera Sales Management Team and the Centera Global Engineering Management Team
o	Full HR Management of the entity, including recruitment, selection and career development; organizational effectiveness; training and development; compensation and benefits; payroll administration; creation of the Saint Petersburg Centre of Excellence for the Centera Engineering Division, and handover to the newly appointed HR Director once the core functions were in place.

When I took over the role of HR Manager the Netherlands, the revenue results of the country were very bad and employee satisfaction was at its lowest.  In this role, my tasks included :
