Deciding to shift from market access strategy to setting up healthcare innovation at Roche, a 80,000+ employee company in 2015 changed my career—and my life—forever.

📌 2015: Led the transformation of innovation at Roche Pharma Global by establishing a team +  frameworks integrating design thinking, agile/scrum, and new business models to enhance access and pricing strategies. ⛅ Do you feel like you're not as creative as you used to be? 

This is a common phenomenon in the teams I coached in corporate environments, with an overload of meetings.

☀️ But you can fix that. Here are my solutions tested and implemented for the past 8 years :

👩🏻‍🎨 Make time for creativity:

Set aside dedicated time for brainstorming, sketching, and playing around with new ideas.

This can be as simple as 10 minutes a day or an hour each week.
To put this into practice, try a "brain dump" daily.
Take a blank sheet of paper and write down as many ideas as you can in a set amount of time to accomplish a particular task or goal.

Your objective is to generate as many ideas as possible without editing or censoring yourself. (and don't let AI only do that)

🧘🏻‍♀️ Practice to improve creativity:

Here is an example of many practices I do throughout the year:

Morning routine: sport (yoga or strength building)  or walk  
Wednesday afternoons: off with kids
Two days off-site alone twice year.

Experiment different practices and find the one that you could keep in the long term.
