I have been involved in the property sector all my working life and now have over 25 years experience in the delivery of development projects across a variety of sectors and regions 

Recently I have focused on the self storage sector, owning and operating facilities as well as providing 3rd Party Management Services to both property owners and investors interested in getting involved in the self-storage sector. 

I have also been a trustee of Resurgo Trust (www.resurgo.org.uk) which helps communities overcome social challenges through church based social ventures and 1MoreChild (www.1morechild.org) which provides housing and schooling for children in Uganda. I am currently a trustee of The Branch (www.thebranchtrust.org) which is a community hub run by St Mary’s Church in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

Throughout the over 6 ½ years at HS2 Ltd, I have led the improvement of a wide number of business operations at the UK government’s organisation responsible for the over £100Bn delivery of the new high speed railway across the UK, i.e. was central to the provision of portfolio, programme and project management, performance management, demand management, operational changes and associated financial and resources planning activities at one of the most scrutinized business environments in Europe.

Amongst many other responsibilities I was also the Project/Contract Manager on a £55.3M Programme Controls delivery resourcing contract, leading governance requirements and coordinating financial and staff forecasts with performance monitoring.

Throughout my career to date I have led Operations at different levels of the business, across different industries and even different countries (UK and Portugal). Whether it’s data, system, process or people related, I’ve been able to quickly uncover the operational pain points, identify a strategic outcome and implement a tactical solution.

Launching a tech startup from London, assuming senior leadership roles at the client organisation (UK government) responsible for delivering the biggest infrastructure programme in Europe (>£100Bn) and most recently joining KUBOO at a fast pace growth stage, are some of my most interesting challenges to date.

In short, I’m a confident hands-on individual, getting things done with a passion for developing/improving businesses, its ways of working and support the development of its staff (love to build up capability).

My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner. I have an Executive MBA from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
