I have been involved in the property sector all my working life and now have over 25 years experience in the delivery of development projects across a variety of sectors and regions 

Recently I have focused on the self storage sector, owning and operating facilities as well as providing 3rd Party Management Services to both property owners and investors interested in getting involved in the self-storage sector. 

I have also been a trustee of Resurgo Trust (www.resurgo.org.uk) which helps communities overcome social challenges through church based social ventures and 1MoreChild (www.1morechild.org) which provides housing and schooling for children in Uganda. I am currently a trustee of The Branch (www.thebranchtrust.org) which is a community hub run by St Mary’s Church in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

I lead the asset management department at GLH Hotels, the largest owner-operator hotel management company in London. The portfolio is valued at £1.5bn and includes 17 hotels across Central London including; Hard Rock Hotel, The Grosvenor, Royal Horseguards, AMBA Charing Cross & AMBA Marble Arch and the Thistle Hotel brand. I am also responsible for managing over 50 sub-tenants.
My role includes: acquisitions, leasing, disposals, rent reviews lease renewals, CPO's and real estate matters. I also focus on commercial opportunities from a retail perspective across the Estate.
I liaise with key stakeholders (both internal and external) in order to deliver outstanding results for the business within a five-year strategy plan

Senior Asset Manager - Central London portfolio

ZARA U.K. LIMITED

Worked in a fast paced environment covering the UK and Ireland to grow and expand Zara and their subsidiary brands whilst managing the existing portfolio of over 100 shops. 
•	Gained a global perspective of the importance of real estate and how it can evolve with online to achieve the company strategy. 
•	Driving execution and negotiation of all real estate decisions in my specific region for all projects (new store openings, rent reviews, regears, closures and dilapidations).
•	Proactive asset management approach by continuing to extract value by initiating leasing strategies, store relocations, regears, disposals and sub divisions. 
•	Worked on the financial budgeting process within our department.

During my time at Debenhams, I was responsible for the expansion within the UK and Ireland. Presented all opportunities at Board level and facilitated in driving the "out of town" concept forward. I also led all legal and property negotiations. Further achievements include;
•	Acquiring anchor stores opportunities in shopping centres, high street and out of town locations
•	Leading head office relocation to new premises of circa 50,000 sq.ft
•	Heavily involved in all regearing and space optimisation to maximise current floor space
•	Extensive contacts within property market ranging from developers, landlords and property agents.

Acquisition Manager

Pizza Hut

My role within Pizza Hut involved implementing a growth strategy by establishing a significant pipeline of opportunities to be identified and evaluated to deliver an ambitious acquisition target of 50 openings per annum. This was achieved by;
•	Identifying new sites from intensive field research and building contacts with landlords and agents.
•	Present new opportunities as individual business cases to include: fitting with market strategy, locational requirements, commercial ideas, configuration, economic terms and strategic recommendations.  
•	Securing detailed planning permission on behalf of the franchisee.
•	Responsible for the disposal programme of approximately 40 underperforming restaurants.

My role in CBRE was to assist in the acquisition and disposal programme for a number of retained clients, namely New Look,  Arcadia, Mothercare, Starbucks, Phones 4 U, Aveda and Vision Express. 

During my time at CBRE I also became MRICS qualified.
