Both my parents worked incredibly hard too. 

My dad ran his businesses seven days a week, and my mum managed large commercial laundries until retirement. 

Watching them balance long hours and heavy responsibilities taught me that real success comes from consistent effort and discipline.

Those lessons guide how I work with senior leaders today. 

Showing up, staying focused, and pushing through challenges and that’s what drives exceptional results.
