Today, I’m incredibly excited to share that Zendesk has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Forethought, marking Zendesk’s largest acquisition to date.

It’s hard to put into words what this milestone means to me. Forethought has been such a huge part of my life, and reaching this point only happened because so many people believed in us and worked tirelessly to help build this company into what it is today.

To the entire Forethought team, past and present: thank you from the bottom of my heart. There are too many people to list — hundreds who helped build this company over the years. Everything we’ve achieved is because of your talent, grit, creativity, and ambition. Building Forethought with all of you has been the privilege of a lifetime. 🙏

I also want to thank my cofounder, Deon Nicholas. We’ve been through so much together over the years. I’m grateful for the trust he placed in me throughout this journey, and I deeply cherish the unique bond we’ve built.
